The mission of the HUBZone Program is to promote job growth, capital investment, and economic development to historically underutilized business zones referred to as HUBZones by providing contracting assistance to small businesses located in these economically distressed communities. ProSource360’s social impact is evident in its Workforce Management Internship program,which employs professionals in HUBZone designated areas from Montana to Hawaii.

FRC has also partnered with the International Institute of Erie to provide jobs and training to New Americans, Immigrants, and Refugees, providing an economic boost to under-served populations, while providing a meaningful way for people to interact and engage with their new home and neighbors.

ICCI have hired countless HUBZone employees and conducts business within those HUBZone areas to give back to the community. As general contractors, they make it a habit to look at renting and buying from local businesses to support the community.
