Priority Speaker Slots:

In recognition of their support and partnership, first priority for speaker slots is given to our members, resource partners, and event sponsors. This policy is a way to honor and give back to those who have directly contributed to the sustainability and growth of our Council.

No Financial Compensation or Reimbursements:

Please be advised that the HUBZone Council does not have a budget allocated for speaker fees, travel expenses, or any form of reimbursement. We do, however, offer complimentary conference registration for our speakers.

Selection Process:

The selection of speakers and topics is carefully managed by a committee of peers, ensuring a fair and thorough review process. This committee is tasked with curating a diverse and relevant program that aligns with the interests and needs of our audience, as well as the goals of the HUBZone Council.

We understand that this policy may not align with the expectations of all prospective speakers, but we assure you that these guidelines are established with the best interests of our community in mind. We deeply value the knowledge and insights that speakers bring to our events and strive to create opportunities for professional growth and networking within the constraints of our resources.
