Thank you for your interest in speaking at the

2026 National HUBZone Conference.

Submission Deadline for speaker proposals is April 15, 2026.

This year’s conference will place a strong emphasis on education and training, with a focus on helping small businesses better understand the shifting federal acquisition landscape. As procurement strategies continue to evolve—including increased use of teaming strategies, alternative contracting approaches, and evolving compliance requirements—our goal is to provide practical guidance that helps small businesses successfully compete in the federal marketplace.

We are particularly interested in sessions that provide:

      • Training for small businesses navigating federal contracting
      • Insights on changes in federal acquisition and procurement strategies
      • Strategies for teaming, partnerships, and supply chain participation
      • Best practices for proposal development, compliance, and contract performance
      • Perspectives from government agencies, prime contractors, and experienced small businesses

Due to the high number of requests we receive each year, the HUBZone Contractors National Council prioritizes speaking opportunities for Council members, conference sponsors, and strategic partners.

Submission of a proposal does not guarantee selection, and all proposals will be reviewed by the conference planning committee.

By submitting this proposal, you acknowledge that:

      • Submission does not guarantee selection
      • The Council prioritizes members and sponsors for speaking opportunities
      • Selected speakers may be asked to provide additional information if their session is approved
