    Description

AI does not fix messy content ecosystems. It amplifies them. When adopting technology, teams often focus on feature comparisons, while overlooking the state of their own data. Disorganized SharePoint libraries, inconsistent naming conventions, and incomplete past-performance archives can quietly undermine even the most advanced AI tools. This session provides a structured framework to evaluate content quality, access controls, duplication issues, and process dependencies. Through real examples and readiness checkpoints, you will learn how to evaluate whether your data can support automation, and what to fix before investing in new technology. Expect to discuss – • How to assess whether your proposal content is structured for AI consumption • The most common data maturity gaps that derail RFP automation • Practical tests to evaluate repository health, metadata consistency, and reuse quality • Presale questions that expose integration and data access limitations • Tips for auditing content to evaluate structure, duplication, and relevance • How to Identify metadata gaps that limit searchability and AI accuracy

Your Bottleneck Isn't Where You Think It Is: Rethinking Constraints in Modern Manufacturing

A free webinar from Strategic Value+ Solutions and the KDM Consortium

Manufacturers are operating in a world where uncertainty is the baseline — not the exception. Supply chain volatility, shifting global dependencies, and internal efficiency pressures are exposing the limits of traditional optimization models.

Join us for a practical, cross-functional session connecting Theory of Constraints with Lean Six Sigma principles and real-world manufacturing use cases.

Manufacturers today are operating in a system where uncertainty is no longer an exception; it is the baseline. Supply chain volatility, shifting global dependencies, and internal efficiency pressures are exposing the limits of traditional optimization models.

In this webinar, Strategic Value+ Solutions and the KDM Consortium bring together three perspectives — operations, organizational design, and growth strategy — to challenge how manufacturers think about constraints, flow, and resilience.

Mark Ross, fractional COO, and Frank Piuck, business architect specializing in organizational renovation, join Gina Tabasso, Lean Six Sigma growth strategist, to explore how the Theory of Constraints is being applied in modern manufacturing environments, and where it is falling short when applied in isolation.

We will examine how decisions around inventory buffers, throughput management, and bringing services such as coatings, finishing, or machining in-house can unintentionally create new internal bottlenecks rather than eliminate them.

As global supply networks continue to evolve and companies reassess risk exposure and dependency structures, manufacturers are forced to move beyond reactive problem-solving toward proactive system design.

This session connects Theory of Constraints with Lean Six Sigma principles and real-world use cases to show how flow efficiency, process discipline, and organizational alignment must work together to improve performance.

Attendees will walk away with practical examples and case-based insights on identifying hidden constraints, avoiding internal capacity traps, and building systems that support sustainable throughput and margin improvement in an increasingly unpredictable environment.

    More About Our Speakers

    • Mark Ross — Fractional COO (Abbott, Medtronic, Microsoft experience):

Mark Ross is passionate about transforming organizations into more profitable companies by using efficient and effective systems and processes that eliminate the need for micromanagement. He strategically identifies the best practices that offer the most significant improvement for growth and stability. He has experience with companies like Abbott, Medtronic, and Microsoft, as well as startups and family-owned companies. This gives him the tools you would find in a Fortune 500 executive and the practicality of understanding the needs of a small organization.

    • Gina Tabasso — B2B Growth Strategist & Founder, Barracuda B2B:

Gina Tabasso is the founder of Barracuda B2B and a strategic growth advisor specializing in manufacturing and industrial organizations. With many years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, business development, and process improvement, she helps manufacturers align sales, marketing, and operations to drive sustainable revenue growth. Gina’s approach is rooted in systems thinking and real-world operational insight. She combines voice-of-customer interviews, sales assessments, SWOT analysis, competitive market research, and marketing plans to uncover growth barriers and build executable strategies aligned with the strategic plan's goals. She works closely with leadership teams to translate strategy into guided implementation to ensure organizations are positioned for scalable and profitable growth.

    • Frank Piuck — Business Architect & Founder, Organization Renovation:

Frank Piuck has had a very eclectic career. He has been an entrepreneur since the 1990s. Before that, he worked in large corporations and a boutique consulting firm. Throughout this journey, he often translated between different business disciplines to show how various functions impact each other to improve alignment and effectiveness. He found that executives manage in ways that are best for their departments, often at the expense of the business as a whole. Organization Renovation was created to find the tools that enable departments to better serve the entire business.

    Attendee Offer:

Everyone who attends receives a Constraint Discovery Scorecard. The first 5 to complete it unlock a FREE 30-minute private follow-up session to discuss findings and flag quick wins.

In recent years, it has become abundantly clear that government data has emerged as the primary attack surface for international conflict—and that cyberspace is the principal battlefield. Cyber threats from global adversaries and near-peer nations alike have flooded American systems. Potomac Officers Club recognizes these imposing challenges and proudly presents the 2026 Cyber Summit. At this critical GovCon conference, attendees will join the extremely important conversation with noteworthy cyber officials from across the public and private sectors.

With less than a year until DOW’s 2027 deadline to become zero trust-compliant on all systems, understanding where defense (and civilian) agencies stand in their cybersecurity journeys is a requirement. Learn from industry leaders and forge new partnerships at this year’s Cyber Summit.
