June 14th: Last day for Buyers to sign up for matchmaking

June 27: Last Call for businesses to register for pre-matchmaking appointments. Those not registered by this date can pick up open appointments on-site on July 23rd at the matchmaking help desk in the afternoon.

June 28th: Applicants will be granted access to the system to update their profiles.

July 8 - July 12: Open from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Small Businesses can send meeting requests to Buyers.

July 22-26: Our team will evaluate appointments and approve or decline any outstanding requests. Schedules will be drafted.

July 23: A compiled list of buyers with open appointments will be made available to attendees to select appointments.


Open Appointment List

  • A list of open appointments and availability will be shared on July 23rd. Beginning at 2:00 PM on July 23rd applicants can request any open appoints slots left.

Requesting Appointments

  • Attendees will have the opportunity to request open appointments from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on July 23rd.
  • Each attendee may request up to 4 appointments per session (morning or afternoon), out of respect for other participants.

Digital Schedule

  • Once your appointments are confirmed, they will be added to your digital schedule available through the event app (Jujama). This feature allows buyers to refer back to their appointments conveniently.

Cancellations or Changes:

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or no longer need it, please check in at the matchmaking help desk.
  • Inform us about the cancellation so we can open up and reassign the appointment to another attendee

  • Keep an eye on the event app for any additional appointment openings, changes, or updates.
