National HUBZone Conference: Advancing Opportunity, Advocacy & Growth

National HUBZone Conference: Advancing Opportunity, Advocacy & Growth

The 2026 National HUBZone Conference is not an entry-level government contracting event. This conference is designed for procurement-ready companies, active federal contractors, manufacturers, infrastructure firms, technology companies, large prime contractors, and organizations serious about building strategic teaming relationships and pursuing federal opportunities.

Hosted July 21–22, 2026, at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, Virginia, this year's conference will focus on HUBZone advocacy, U.S. manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, federal modernization, and the power of teaming within today's evolving government contracting environment.

This is not a conference built around passive attendance. It is designed to bring together decision-makers, industry leaders, federal agencies, prime contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and small businesses looking to build real partnerships, identify teammates, strengthen supply chains, and pursue opportunities together.

Limited Exhibit Booths Now Available

Due to recent changes in exhibitor participation, we now have a limited number of exhibit booths available. If you've been considering exhibiting, this is your opportunity to showcase your organization to federal buyers, prime contractors, and industry leaders from across the country.

Exhibit booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are expected to fill quickly.

Matchmaking & Networking Opportunities

The Exhibit Hall will be more than just a showcase—it will be the hub for networking and business development throughout the conference.

  • July 21: Matchmaking and networking activities will take place throughout the Exhibit Hall, creating opportunities to connect with federal agencies, prime contractors, and fellow attendees.

  • July 22: Dedicated one-on-one matchmaking meetings will be held between participating small businesses, government buyers, and industry partners.

Important Matchmaking Registration Deadline

To be considered for pre-scheduled matchmaking appointments, companies must be registered for the conference by July 10, 2026.

Because our team carefully reviews capabilities and aligns participants with agency and prime contractor needs, registrations received after July 10 will not be considered for pre-scheduled matchmaking appointments.

Don't wait—the earlier you register, the more opportunities we have to connect your company with the right partners and contracting opportunities.
