Washington, DC gets very busy during the summer tourist season, so we encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The closest airport is Reagan National Airport (DCA).

Cancellation policy
Attendees may cancel by May 8th and receive a full refund, less an administrative processing fee of $75 per individual registration.  May 9–31, attendees may only transfer their registration.  It is up to the ticketholder to identify an individual to take the ticket and email membership@wipp.org with the individual's name, company, and email address so the transfer can be completed in the system. Any transfer of funds is handled between ticketholders.
