The National Quantum Literacy Network (NQLN), a Maryland non-profit organization, is leading a national effort to build a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce in the emerging quantum technology industries. With revolutionary new processing power from new quantum technology, its ability to soon disrupt existing business models, driven by new discoveries, markets and industries, and empowered by new competitors and adversaries, we find ourselves experiencing an awakening. This awakening will be shown as a pivotal time in history where our industries embraced diversity, equity, and inclusion that goes far beyond just representation, but also, the experiencing of new thoughts and ideas from a diverse workforce development pool of workers. The event will bring together leaders from government, academia, military, and industry with a focus on building quantum technologies for national security, quantum supply chain, and through workforce diversity.
