The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is hosting "Live Chat with HUD's OSDBU" Webinar Series: Community Compass Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Program. The webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from 2:00pm - 3:30pm (ET). This will be a Microsoft TEAMS live event.

Small businesses are invited to learn about HUD’s Community Compass Technical Assistance and Capacity Building program, which helps HUD's customers navigate complex housing and community development challenges by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, tools, capacity, and systems to implement HUD programs and policies successfully. The goal of Community Compass is to empower communities so that successful program implementation is sustained over the long term. In the last funding cycle, over $91 million in funding was allocated. This session will provide small businesses an overview of HUD's Technical Assistance program, including the purpose, solicitation through Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) and application process.

In addition to the focus on Community Compass, there will be information shared on federal contracting and how to do business with the Department more generally.
