Strong Coffee Strong Women with Dr. Nichole Thompson

We are pleased to welcome you to a HYBRID Strong Coffee Strong Women event! The event will be both in-person at the Lab on Dexter in Montgomery, AL as well as broadcast live via Zoom.

This month we will be joined by Dr. Nichole Thompson, Executive Director of the Lab on Dexter.

We will open at 8:00 AM CT for the in-person event; the Zoom room will open at 8:30 AM CT with the program starting at 8:45 AM CT. This event will be broadcast live. The Zoom link will be emailed to all attendees prior to the event.

For more than 20 years, Dr. Thompson has served in key roles within her community and abroad, providing her with a diverse background and portfoloio. Dr. Thompson earned her Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and has served in several senior administrative roles, including the role of Chief Diversity Officer.

She's co-authored multiple publications and received numerous awards heralding her ability to thrust organizations to their next envisioned state. As a serial entrepreneur, Dr. Thompspon has a proven track record for launching successful startups both domestically and internationally. She is the founder She Wins Global, a nonprofit organization that works to advance women and girls in marginalized and vulnerable communities across the globe. She is also the founder and co-owner of AdaChic Designs, a socially concious handbag company that supports entrepreneurs in West Africa.

That's not all of the hats! Dr. Thompson also acts as a consultant to organizations seeking to advance their instution. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Lab on Dexter, a public-private partnership developed to expand the tech, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystems throughout the state of Alabama.
