Office of Hearing and Appeals (OHA) Year-In-Review: Impactful Decisions from 2021
Date / Time: February 17, 2022 / 2:00 PM ET
Speaker(s):
 Peter FordMeghan Leemon

Ruling on everything from affiliation to broken hyperlinks, the Small Business Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) had a busy year. Day to day, OHA decides SBA program decision appeals, NAICS appeals, and CVE protests and appeals. If you’re on the receiving end of an adverse action in one of these areas, you have the right to appeal or, in the case of awards from the Department of Veterans Affairs, file a protest before OHA. Long term, OHA’s decisions set key precedents, clarify legal interpretations and procedures, and can serve as a gauge for government contractors as they consider potential OHA—or even agency—outcomes.

Join Peter Ford and Meghan Leemon, attorneys in PilieroMazza’s Government Contracts Group, for a webinar on the key OHA decisions of 2021, their significance for future OHA and agency proceedings, and how they may impact your business.
