  • Floor #337  Requires DoD Report impact of CMMC on small businesses. Reps Phillips (D-MN), Van Duyne (R-TX)
  • Floor #352 Transfers decisions for HUBZones to OHA. Reps Radewagen (R-American Samoa), Houlahan (D-PA)
  • Floor #365 – Raises sole source thresholds for all socioeconomic programs to $8/$10 million. Reps. Salazar (R-FL), Newman (D-IL), Evans (D-PA)
  • Floor #26– Raises small business contracting goals. Reps Mfume (D-MD), Neguse (D-CO)
  • Floor #149Adds cyber counseling capability to SBDCs. Reps Garbarino (R-NY), Evans (D-PA), Houlahan (D-PA), Chabot (R-OH)
