Latest Developments with the HUBZone Program

In 2021, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has been busy making changes to its HUBZone Program. Of note, SBA just issued a direct final rule extending the HUBZone map freeze from December 31, 2021, to June 30, 2023. SBA also issued significant revisions to its HUBZone FAQs that offer important insights into how SBA interprets and applies the HUBZone rules.
