In 2021, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has been busy making changes to its HUBZone Program.  Of note, SBA just issued a direct final rule extending the HUBZone map freeze from December 31, 2021, to June 30, 2023.  SBA also issued significant revisions to its HUBZone FAQs that offer important insights into how SBA interprets and applies the HUBZone rules.  In this presentation, Jon Williams, Partner at PilieroMazza and Chair of the Firm’s Government Contracts Group, will provide an overview of the recent changes to the HUBZone Program and how they will impact HUBZone firms.  If you are a small business currently participating in the HUBZone Program, or if you are thinking of applying, please join us for this informative webinar to learn about the latest developments with the HUBZone Program.
