The Interction Between the Paycheck Protection Program and Federal Acquisition Rules: What it Means for Government Contractors

The Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Contracting and Infrastructure will hold a remote hearing scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 via CISCO Webex, information to be provided separately. 

The hearing will examine the extent to which the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Credits Clause interacts with the Paycheck Protection Program and its implications for federal contractors. The Committee will learn more about how agencies are handling the matter, available guidance, and industry concerns.
