Open exclusively to SAME members, the event provides a preview of the coming fiscal-year construction programs of the uniformed services and select federal agencies.

The SAME Academy of Fellows' three major annual events—Golden Eagle Awards Dinner, Fellows Investiture Ceremony, and the Investiture Luncheon—are also held together as part of SAME Capital Week. Recipients of the 2019 Golden Eagle awards and the list of those individuals to be inducted into the Academy of Fellows will be listed soon.
