Use the Classified Opportunities Board (COB) to post and view
- presolicitation announcements
- sources sought notices
- requests for proposals
- subcontractor searches, and
- other opportunities targeted toward the HUBZone business community.
Only Council members may post opportunities directly to the COB. [Click on Post Classified Opportunities above.] However, the Council will allow non-members to submit postings via email (send to Classified Opportunities Board) for a limited time.
Before adding a new opportunity, please review existing listings to see the general posting format. Please keep your listings brief but clear. PLEASE KEEP YOUR TITLE TO 4-5 WORDS; OTHERWISE THE DISPLAY BECOMES SKEWED FOR THOSE VIEWING THE LISTINGS.
Provide an expiration date for your ad. A 60-day minimum is suggested to assure maximum exposure since opportunities are emailed to applicable Council members only on a monthly basis.
If your requirement is posted on FEDBIZOPPS, please provide only a brief synopsis and refer interested parties to the FEDBIZOPPS solicitation number or another online location for more information.
COB listings do not accommodate attachments but a digital photo (jpg) can be included if desired.

To browse COB postings, click on the icon above that describes your interest (presolitications, sources sought, RFPs, subcontractor search, or other).
COB viewing access is open to all companies and government agencies for a limited time. Only Council members have guaranteed access to view the Classified Opportunities Board.
Small businesses, federal agencies, and prime contractors should consider joining the Council to maintain COB posting and viewing capability.
During this introductory period, we appreciate your patience and suggestions as we begin to build a database of listings for HUBZone firms. It will take several months to build a dynamic inventory of opportunities.
The COB is not the place for HUBZone companies to list their capabilities. Such listings will be removed from the board. Instead, HUBZone Council members should update their profiles in the My Info section of the Council's website so that their capabilities are included in the Member List.
In addition to being listed here, COB postings will be emailed to Council members periodically and referenced in the member version of the Council's monthly eNewsletter (The Zone Report) and the quarterly Member NewsWire to ensure that posted opportunities get maximum exposure.
The Council reserves the right to edit and/or delete COB postings that it deems to be inappropriate.
