HUBZone University webinars are your source for training and information about the issues that impact small business government contractors.

Topics address HUBZone regulations, marketing issues, opportunity development and capture, technology solutions, funding and acquisition support, internet and social media, and much more.

HUBZone University's mission is to serve as a leading resource for learning and education by providing accessible information to small businesses to improve their contracting success.

HUBZone University webinars are available to Council members at no cost. 
Non-members pay a nominal fee to participate.




Registration Information

Participants need a computer with internet access to view slides
and a telephone to access the audio portion. 
Participants may choose to listen via telephone only.

There is no fee for Council members to register for
HUBZone University webinars.

The registration fee for non-members is $25 for each webinar.

Access instructions will be emailed to registrants
at least 2 hours before each webinar. 

Participants must register at least two hours before the scheduled

start time to receive instructions for accessing each webinar.

To assure a high quality educational and interactive experience,
w
ebinars are open to a maximum of 25 logged-in participants.
Even if you pre-register, in the unlikely event that 25 users
login before you, you may not be able to access the webinar.

Eastern Daylight Time
and last 30 to 45 minutes.

If you have never participated in a HUBZone University webinar, we encourage you to login several minutes early to download the webinar software and test your computer setup.



CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests
that are received at least 48 hours prior to each webinar.
 
There are no refunds for cancellations received
less than 48 hours prior to each webinar.

Non-members who register but are unable to login
because we have reached the 25 user maximum
will receive a refund if requested.
