Membership Benefits

Membership Categories & Dues

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP
Companies that have been certified as HUBZone contractors by the U.S. Small Business Administration are eligible to be regular members.  Regular members are entitled to vote on matters that come before the Council membership and may have employees serve as directors of the Council.  Regular members must maintain HUBZone certification to remain members of the Council.  Regular membership is offered in categories based on gross sales volume.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Non-HUBZone small businesses, including those in the process of obtaining HUBZone certification, may become associate members of the Council.  If a company becomes HUBZone-certified during its Associate Membership term, its status can be upgraded to Regular Membership.  Associate members have no voting rights and may not hold a Council office but they receive all other benefits of Council membership.  Associate member categories and annual dues are listed in the table below.

Trade associations, community development corporations, economic development agencies, non-profit organizations, and government employees are also eligible for membership, which provides subscriptions to Council publications, members-only website access, and discounted Annual Meeting and Conference Registrations.
